The AssuredSAN™ 3000 Series offer value, performance and scalability.

With 50% more performance than the 2002 Series, these systems accelerate reads and writes, and perform well on random transaction workloads, such as databases, business analysis, and video streaming. The 3000 Series offers models for 8Gb Fibre Channel, 1Gb iSCSI, 10Gb iSCSI, 6Gb SAS, Hybrid Fibre Channel and iSCSI, and JBODs. 3000 Series arrays are backward compatible with 4Gb fibre channel and 1Gb iSCSI networks and compatible with the 2002 Series, allowing you to do data-in-place migration.

The 3000 Series has many midrange capabilities such as energy saving drive-spin-down and AssuredRemote™ for remote replication. The 3000 series is easier than ever to use – featuring Wizards for installation, configuration and remote replication. Its easy to use RAIDar 2.0 interface streamlines management.Key applications include video post-production, streaming, databases, and demanding tasks. In addition, the 3000 Series is NEBS and MIL SPEC 810G compliant and offer a rugged chassis.

Streaming performance storage line Our AssuredSAN™ 3003 storage arrays are the highest performing storage solutions in the Dot Hill portfolio. Designed with a powerful processor, these systems provide 100% more performance for sequential workloads, making them ideal for media streaming, video post production and other media applications. The 3003 Series is available with 8Gb Fibre Channel or 6Gb SAS host connections. These systems are backward compatible allowing you to do data-in-place migration from the 2002 or 3000 Series.
The 3003 storage arrays are powerful storage solutions which can scale to hundreds of terabytes of storage with additional expansion arrays. The 3003 Series has many midrange capabilities such as energy saving drive-spin-down and AssuredRemote™ for remote replication. These solutions are certified with Microsoft and VMware and leverage our ‘user friendly’ RAIDar 2.0 management interface and Wizards.

AssuredSAN™ 5000 Storage Arrays Rugged, NEBS, MIL SPEC certified storage
Our AssuredSAN™ 5000 storage arrays are some of the highest performing storage solutions in the Dot Hill portfolio. Designed with a powerful processor, these systems provide high performance storage for the most rugged conditions. The 5000 Series are NEBS Level 3 and MIL SPEC 810f certified for military and telecommunications projects.

The 5730 performance-optimized storage array is designed to meet the needs of customers who require the highest levels of SAN performance in the most demanding environments such as military organizations and telecommunications equipment providers. The 5730 boasts measured performance of an amazing 375,000 IOPS (same sector cache) and provides more than 1.6Gb/second read and 1.3Gb/second write throughput, driving application performance to new levels.

To ensure that the 5730 performs under rugged conditions, the 5730 has been tested to meet the NEBS Level 3 telecommunications standard, and military’s MIL SPEC 810F standards for land, sea and air deployment. The 5730 is ideal for building SANs that may need to perform in mobile situations, with the option to deploy solid state disks (SSDs).
